A great wave day. Our Ozzie members Mark and Graham have grabbed JW for a week in Omarama, and we decided to fly Satuday as Sunday sounded wet and very windy.Garry did his BFR with Nick in the morning then we got straight into it. John, Roland, and Mark/Graham all had bouncy tows to 3000' into strong wave and rotor...thanks Garry!

John headed south to Balfour then north to Cook to meet up with JW which had gone direct. Roland also got into the Omarama basin after first heading to Roxburgh. JW landed Omarama after a long tour and we all flew about 4.5hrs.

Meanwhile Dave Pollard drove the Ozzies rental to Omarama, and they drove him home....a long day but worth it!
