Dunstan wave! It's been a few months of 5 minute flights so it was a nice change to get soaring again. The wind was NW 30kts up high but perhaps a bit too N to allow anything other than Dunstans to work. But work they did with 17kts climb (1700 fpm) at times. JR, Phil, Roland and Doug (JW) all flew 1-3hrs as far as St Bathans Range. Many thanks to Russell for the quick tows into the ideal release point just in front of the secondary wave.
