New Year's day 2015!
Roland and John were towed up by Russell around noon. It proved to be a scratchy day with big gaps between lift. Roland landed back after a good struggle. John did a very slow (6hrs!) anti-clockwise circuit of the valley, heading down past Roxburgh, Rock and Pillar Range, Macraes gold mine, Ida Range and home.
